    Sapphire Lakeside Co-op Housing society had given a letter on society’s letter head for Reliance Jio Giga Fiber connection to its members a year back as per its chairman.
    Its a 600 member society on JVLR near Union Bank of India Building and L& T infotech park. Besides this there are two other big societies in the same compound. It really makes business sense to garner these willing customer base in time.
    We have been in touch with Mr. Pradeep Upadhyay for a meeting with the team and society’s managing committee and members to facilitate this at the earliest. We had an appointment fixed also for this in Powai.

    I have buy giga fibre of rs2500 it’s speed had becomes slow.it is giving upto 10 Mbps speed when I have buy but now it is now giving only 200 kbps speed

    One of the worst service I ever encountered, have done a payment of 4500 for jio fiber, connection was cancelled, then I raised a refund request it’s almost 3 months now, I haven’t received refund, called multiple times to jio customer care and mailed too didn’t work, customer care advisor dont any info about the refund status they simply said refund is done when I ask neft reference number they don’t have it, after few days they said we have send you cheque I asked for courier tracking number they don’t have it, they only have lies, very disappointing pathetic service

    Got Jio installed in Mohali and now nowhere to contact them and the recharge policy is pure sham on part of reliance. No one to hear the complaints or anything, don’t go for jio till they are properly launched otherwise you are wasting your money.

    I paid Rs.4500.00 on 11.4.19. used for 20 days then disconnected.Sent 7 to 8 mails no response.After one it was reconnected. I sent mail for the refund – No response, I contacted Mr. Girish local officer. He just gave me the customer car no and nothing else, This is the service.
    About the speed VERY POOR , IT IS JUST 30MBPS worst speed.
    Hence I do not want the service. MY ID 299739002465. treat this as my application for the refund and arrange for refund.

    Residing in Madipakkam,Chennai I opt for a gigafiber connection and paid around 2500rs nearly a month ago. There’s no intent in providing the connection after nearly a month. I cancelled and opted for a refund. Doesn’t know if I will get refund in time. Worst service ever and to height of irritation I couldn’t raise a complaint on inability to provide connection after amount being paid. Worst service ever! They were so good in telecom not sure why jio is so worst in implementing this gigafiber service

    i had paid Rs..4500 security deposits on 7/5/2019 tax invoice no #IA6220019500185 but connection not done so I cancelled jio connection on toll free no and they give me no SR00000XC7TX today 5/7/2019 i further complaint theygive me new no SR00000XRMT9 for my refund issue.So i request you kindly SEND ME REFUND OF MY DEPOSITS MY MOBILENO 9821079***
